We stand behind the craftsmanship of our DIY pet stairs. To give you complete peace of mind:

• Free Parts Replacement: If any part, screw, or hardware component gets lost, missing, or damaged within 1 year of purchase, we will send you replacement parts completely free of charge.
• No Charge for Shipping Parts: Standard replacement part shipping is covered by us to ensure your pet stairs stay safe and functional.

Quality Issues & Defective Items

Your pet’s safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with manufacturing issues:

1. Contact Us First: Please reach out to our support team at service@folofolo.store with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue before sending anything back.
2. Free Return/Replacement Shipping: Once verified, we will gladly provide a prepaid return label or issue a full replacement/refund. We will cover all return shipping fees.

Standard Returns (Change of Mind / Impulsive Purchase)

We understand that plans change! If you decide to return your pet stairs due to personal preference, change of mind, or accidental ordering:

• 30-Day Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Return Condition: As this is a DIY furniture product, all items must be unassembled, in their original packaging, and in re-sellable condition with all parts/accessories included.
• Return Shipping Fee: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs to our US-based warehouse.
• Return Process: Contact us to obtain the return authorization (RMA) and warehouse return address before shipping your item.
