Dogs haven’t adjusted to the stairs yet, but we don’t give up. It’s nice, sturdy and is a good height for our couch. Looks good and works well with decor.
My senior Frenchie can now use her favorite corner on the sofa!!
My elderly dog has a bad back and very short legs. His back is sore enough that he doesn't even want us to pick him up. This has made it much easier for him to get on the couch with us. It is a godsend.
Ok, my dog might not be smart enough to use them (we're still in training) but I love how sturdy it is! Honestly, these days, I don't expect anything to be well made, so this was a pleasant surprise. And, if my dog doesn't ever figure it out, it'll be a nice end table or foot stool. I would definitely recommend this!
Great item. But my dog won’t walk up. He will walk down. Cats use it with no problem. Dogs feet keep slipping and sliding going to put some stairs gripper’s on it.
First it was heavier than I expected. Packing was to protect the product. Styrofoam sleeves, all around it, the legs were to be screwed in. Had threads into the wood. The overall size of the steps unfolded is almost equal to the ramp which our dog had issues with. Combining with the weight and the quality of the steps, our dog is now evil without struggling or slipping to get up onto the couch. Our dog is 13 years old with arthritis and this is much better than a ramp. Thank you for providing such a good product.
Love it. So do dogs. Only issue, the fabric is a dog hair magnet

Finding pet furniture that balances safety, accessibility, and sleek home integration can be a real challenge, but the 2-in-1 Dog Safety Ramp & Foldable Ottoman Pet Steps hit every single mark with flying colors. While originally engineered to assist small, senior, or recovering dogs, this brilliant dual-purpose piece proves to be an outstanding mobility solution for non-traditional pets as well. For a growing teenage opossum, navigating the jump on and off living room furniture poses a very real injury risk to delicate joints and bones. This convertible ramp eliminates that hazard entirely, allowing her to climb up to snuggle or step down safely without any jarring landings. The standout engineering feature of this unit is its seamless 2-in-1 convertible capability. Transitioning smoothly between a sturdy set of tiered steps, an inclined ramp, and a compact storage ottoman, it adapts instantly to whatever your space or pet requires. The incline of the ramp setting is perfectly angled—gradual enough to offer effortless traction without being too steep to navigate. The surface fabric provides optimal grip for small paws and claws, giving her total confidence as she moves up and down. When not actively being used as stairs, it folds down neatly into a stylish ottoman that blends right in with living room decor while doubling as a convenient storage spot for small pet items, toys, or blankets.Stability and build quality are exceptional throughout the design.
